Herbal Beef Soup

Cold and wet weather calls for this hearty beef herbal soup. Simple to execute with a pressure cooker. Dump and forget
1kg beef chuck
1 bag shitake mushrooms
2 bags shimeiji mushrooms
6 red dates
2-3 Dang Shen cut into 1 inch slices
2 tomatoes
2 tbspoons of goji berries
Blanch shimeiji mushrooms and beef chuck well, place all ingredients into the pot and fill water to level 10. Pressure cook on soup option for 20min.
