Mala Beef Mince Noodles

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
• pinch of White Pepper
• pinch of Salt
• 2 table spoon Black Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Mala Paste
• 150g noodles of your choice

Method

• Stir fry beef mince will brown and set aside
• Cook 150g of noodles and set aside
• In a mixing bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, white peper, salt, black vinegar, mala paste and mince beef prepped earlier.
• Add in noodles and stir
• Plate and serve
