At Good Meat Co, we make it our mission to give you good quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we have stringent requirements as to what qualifies for a return/exchange.
While we take lots of precautions to ensure our products are in their best condition when they get to you, there may be the odd occasion where you need to clarify something about the condition of your item. Please inspect your order upon pick-up/delivery and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
