Pure South Beef Porterhouse is a highly sought after cut for its tender texture and scrumptious flavour. Also called sirloin, this is cut from the boned loin. It is tender, close grained and has a layer of fat on one side. 

New Zealand's climate and endless green meadows make it an ideal place for raising cattle. As a result, the grass-fed cows from this small island nation produce some of the world's finest beef. This beef is lower in total fat content than grain-fed beef and provides a higher amount of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, making it a healthier but nonetheless delicious choice.
